Pearly Drops

Pearly Drops is a Finnish indie-electronic duo based in Helsinki, consisting of producer-artists Sandra Tervonen and Juuso Malin. The roots of the project trace back to Malin's previous band Femme en Fourrure (2008-2018), which Tervonen joined in 2013. After that project ended, they morphed into Pearly Drops in 2019, releasing their debut album "Call for Help" in 2020 on Cascine. Their sound blends misty, dreamy melodies with futuristic electronic textures and ethereal vocals. The duo has earned a Teosto Prize, one of the Nordic countries' most prestigious music awards. Their 2023 follow-up "A Little Disaster" further cemented their reputation, and their latest album "The Voices Are Coming Back" traces a journey through Los Angeles. They compose, write, produce, and mix everything themselves, and Sandra paints all the cover art by hand. With approximately 293,000 monthly Spotify listeners, they have built a significant international audience.
