DEADLETTER

DEADLETTER is a six-piece post-punk band from Yorkshire, England, now based in South London, formed in 2020. The group combines sharp riffs, spoken word, saxophone, and political desperation, balancing restlessness and anger with humor and self-irony. Their sound draws from Gang of Four, Talking Heads, and Magazine. The band — featuring Zac Lawrence on vocals, Poppy Richler on saxophone, Will King and Sam Jones on guitars, George Ullyott on bass, and Alfie Husband on drums — released their debut album Heat\! in 2022 via So Young Records, followed by Godforms in 2024. They have supported acts like Placebo and Yard Act and built a reputation for intense live performances across the UK and Europe.
