Cold Night For Alligators

Cold Night For Alligators is a Danish progressive metal band from Copenhagen, formed in 2012. The band blends progressive metal with post-rock atmospherics, djent-influenced rhythms, and cinematic soundscapes, creating an expansive and emotionally intense musical experience. Their lineup features vocalist Romin Marenghi, guitarists Johan Pedersen and Jannik Bak, bassist Nicolai Kornerup, and drummer Anders Haahr. The band released their debut EP "Ferris Wheel" in 2014, followed by the full-length albums "Of Flesh" (2016) and "The Armor Armada" (2020). Cold Night For Alligators has earned a reputation for their powerful live performances and their ability to balance crushing heaviness with delicate, atmospheric passages. They represent the best of the Danish progressive metal scene, drawing comparisons to bands like Between the Buried and Me and TesseracT.
